• Submission Criteria:

  • A child who has or is enduring medical adversity or trial

  • Child must be able to get to the mound on their own or with the assistance of a parent. Wheelchairs are ok. 

• Submissions need to include:

  • Contact information for the person nominating child: name, email, phone number, relation to child

  • Child's name and age

  • The child's medical journey story along with a photo
